Matchalyse Terms of Service

These Terms define the rules for providing electronic services by Matchalyse via the website and application (together: the “Service”).

The service provider is the entity operating the Matchalyse Service — contact: matchalyse@gmail.com.

The Service is intended exclusively for persons aged 18 or older. Use by minors is prohibited.

Content published in the Service is informational and analytical in nature. It does not constitute betting advice, investment advice, or a guarantee of results.

“User” — a natural person using the Service, including after account registration.

“Account” — an individual User panel providing access to Service content and features.

“Analysis” — a pre-match report based on data, statistical models, and sporting context.

“Subscription” — paid access to an extended range of analyses according to the current pricing.

“Service Provider” — the entity providing services through the Matchalyse Service.

Matchalyse provides analytical materials on sporting events, including probability estimates and scenario descriptions with areas of uncertainty.

The Service Provider is not a bookmaker, does not accept bets, does not broker gambling contracts, and does not publish odds to encourage gambling.

The User independently decides how to use the content — including in the context of sports betting — at their own responsibility and risk.

The Service Provider endeavours to keep content reliable and up to date but does not guarantee the accuracy of forecasts or specific outcomes.

Creating an Account requires providing accurate data and confirming that you are 18 or older.

The User must keep login credentials confidential. Sharing the Account with third parties is not allowed.

The Service Provider may suspend or delete an Account in case of a breach of these Terms, false data, or actions threatening Service security.

A paid subscription is activated after successful payment. Billing details, withdrawal rights, and cancellation rules are specified at purchase and in separate Service notices.

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time; access to paid content remains active until the end of the paid billing period, as described in the Service.
